Next time you pick up some green onions atthe store, vow thatll hopefully be the last time. Get your green onions and cut them atthe bottom of the green?top of the white end. Put the little white rooty ends in a small cup of water, exposing the tiptop to the air. within 24-36 hours, youll already see them growing! Cut fresh green onions as you need them, and just change the water every few days as it starts to get a creamy gloss to it. Youll soon see that they grow faster than you need them!
